Made by six students, this game strives to set an example of what small teams can offer the game industry on a AAA-quality level. Including our three game-modes Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch, and Breach, the game offers a fun and exciting experience for everyone who loves playing shooters and has a soft spot for high quality game art.

Soundtrack by Ivo van Dijk

For a true vertical slice of a high-quality product, the audio seems something remarkably little discussed so far. However, much progress has been made. Ivo van Dijk joined us some while ago and started working on the Grim soundtrack. Here is what he has to say about Grim and the development of the soundtrack:

"When I first saw the trailer for Grim I couldn't believe this was made by fellow students from the Games & Interaction department. I decided to send them an e-mail telling them that I am a music student specialising in game audio. Fortunately, the guys in the team were excited about my portfolio, so I started working on the music right away.

Big sounding drums, heavy guitars and industrial orchestral impacts are my weapon of choice for the music for Grim. Big ideas and big guns call for big music!

The track you can listen to is an ingame track, intended to put some pressure on the player, since he is almost running out of time... Hope you like it! And once the game is released, you will be able to download all the music I made for the game here and on my own website."
