PROPS #2

Airvent_Round

This prop is actually a "Building Block". We use these kind of objects to quickly and efficiently bring detail to the environment. The prop was designed with a specific purpose in mind, but also to be versatile in level placement. The middle part can be detached and replaced with another type of grill.

Window_Sill

Another "Building Block". We needed something to justify how large panels, windows or rooftops would be held up. Again with this prop, versatility was a prime aspect in the designing phase. Suitable for usage on multiple scales as well.

Minetrain_Container

This prop can be used both in motion and as a static actor. That gives us flexibility early on, by being able to quickly test how for example moving train carts would look. As for now it's the only object that has a justified purpose for being in motion. Other concepts are in the making, but this will do for now. The prop itself has a little backstory: the corporation that retrieves the precious material on planet P44-X wanted to have a quick way of transporting the stuff. The mine train is the perfect solution; quick and efficient, suitable for mass production, and won't break down quite so easily.

Mateba_Gun

The first finished gun prop! Also the first prop to be based on an actual existing gun, other than on concept art. Why? Because it already is the most bad-ass gun you'll ever get to see - and will ever be able to shoot away with in our game! With its distinguishing design (having the barrel aligned with the bottom of the cylinder instead of vice-versa), we say it's an absolute eye-catcher.
